Lisa Sharritts joined Oberer Management Services in November 2021 as a Regional Manager. With extensive experience in property management, she brings expertise across student housing, affordable housing, and multi-family properties. Lisa oversees a portfolio of eight properties, providing guidance and support to her teams to help maximize revenue, manage budgets, and enhance performance. She prioritizes continuous training, development, and the implementation of effective policies to meet ownership’s financial and operational goals. Known for her dedication, Lisa brings 100% effort to every task.

 Lisa holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and is scheduled to take the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) exam in January.
