Robin Warshauer began her career in 1996 as a Property Manager and has since held various leadership roles, including Regional Property Manager, Director of Compliance, and Assistant Director of Property Management. With extensive experience across various housing sectors, Robin’s expertise spans conventional housing, low-income housing tax credit, project-based Section 8, rural development, HOME funding, public housing, cooperative housing, and condominium owner associations.

A goal-driven professional, Robin is dedicated to mentoring her team and fostering a culture of high performance. She focuses on maintaining high occupancy rates and maximizing operating income, taking pride in developing strong, ongoing relationships with ownership and ensuring customer satisfaction for residents.

Robin holds an Associate Degree in Business Management and has earned multiple professional certifications, including Certified Occupancy Specialist, Certified Apartment Manager, Specialist in Housing Credit Management, Public Housing Specialist, S.T.A.R. Certification for Rural Development, and Advanced Tax Credit Specialist, among others.

Robin currently resides in Liberty Township with her husband, twins, two Toy Poodles, and a Yorkie.
