Sandra joined Oberer Management Services in September, 2024. Her journey in the housing, real estate and construction industries began almost12 years ago, when she started a role with a Cincinnati based organization that specialized in housing for seniors. Her roles, all in the Affordable Living division, included Administrative Assistant, Regional Manager and Director of Operations, AffordableLiving. During her time there, she was able to learn the QAP process for the LIHTC program, administered by OHFA in Ohio. There was exponential growth during her time, growing from 4 affordable properties to 32 in a relative short span of time. Her properties were layered with various funding sources including LIHTC, HUD, RD, FHLB, HOME, 811 and the rules and regulations associated with those funding sources. Along with financial performance, she was also responsible for providing leadership to the organization by planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing affordable living communities’ overall housing management processes and compliance.

She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, but most of her undergrad work was done at Miami University of Ohio. She earned her Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and her Housing Credit Compliance Professional HCCP) designations
